Pick of the Night 05/22/19
We have lots of action around the league tonight and one of our favorite picks (besides the Yankees and Astros) is the game between the Boston Redsox and the Toronto Bluejays.
So far in this series the Redsox destroyed the Jays in game one 12-2, then last night the Jays returned the favor and handed the Sox a 10-3 thumping and tonight we are set to believe that both of these teams have gotten all of the craziness out of their system and things are bound to return to normal.
Tonight Aaron Sanchez is toeing the rubber for the Jays, and during his last outing a blister occurred on his pitching hand and he was required to leave the game. As a Jays fan I have seen Sanchez deal with blister issues throughout the past 3 seasons and whenever he is pulled from a start because of one, his following start is usually pretty ugly and the blister reoccurs. If that is once again the case tonight I think the Sox will be able to rally against the Jays weak bullpen and take home an easy W.
The Redsox are 6-1 in Porcellos last 7 starts with 4 days of rest, and are 9-3 in their last 12 road games. The Jays on the other hand are 0-6 in their last 6 games following a win and 9-27 in their last 36 Wednesday games. I think no matter which way you attempt to spin the ball it will always land in the Redsox’s favor tonight.
Our #1 pick on the night is a parlay between the Yanks and Stros and our #2 pick is definitely Boston on the moneyline at 1.70.
